Welcome!
My name is Seph (they/them),
and I’m a Social Architect living between
Lenapehoking (Brooklyn, NY) and Ay Ay (St. Croix, VI).
My work - and my people - are everywhere.
M.A., New York University, Educational Leadership, Politics, and Advocacy
A.B., Brown University, Human Development & Psychology
I am a Multi-Disciplined Healer, Social Architect, and Facilitator of 15 years, focused specifically on topics of heritage, history, and justice, identity and community development, transformative/restorative communication and mediation, trauma-informed practice, and program/curriculum design and implementation.
A writer and maker, my practice blends a wide range of skills and methods to support the abilities of communities to create transformative, generative spaces reflective of their specific needs, values, and strengths. I am available as an independent facilitator and consultant on projects and programs that support people and communities in their healing, development, and self-determination.
My intention is to love us all as joyfully, skillfully, and fiercely as possible. In my free time, I am probably daydreaming, reading about astrophysics or epic fantasy novels, playing video games or wandering around the city. I’m crafty af, and if I had any intention of growing up, I’d want to be the Moon.
